Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% payment due upon project completion
• Annual hosting/renewal fees are billed separately
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, online payment
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

Project Scope and Revisions

Each project package includes a specific number of revisions:

• Basic Package: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
• Standard Package: Up to 3 rounds of revisions
• Premium Package: Up to 5 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes after project approval may require a new quote.

Project Timeline

Project timelines commence upon receipt of the deposit and all required materials from the client. Timelines may be extended if the client fails to provide feedback or materials within 5 business days of request. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. This includes:

• Website files and code (excluding third-party components)
• Design assets created by our team
• Content written for your project

We retain ownership of:

• Pre-existing libraries, frameworks, and tools
• Generic components and templates
• Our internal processes and methodologies

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve integration with third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, and AI services. You acknowledge that these services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treeswift Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All work in progress will be delivered to you
• You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• Deposits are non-refundable for work already begun
